Do I need travel insurance?

Travel Insurance is more important than ever and we highly recommend it. We want to give you some peace of mind, so when you book a trip with us, you will receive included AHI Travel Assurance insurance coverage for limited Trip Delay, Accident and Sickness Medical Expense, and Evacuation and Repatriation during your travels at no additional cost. We still urge you to purchase optional travel insurance that covers a variety of important, travel-related contingencies including Cancellation and Trip Interruption insurance not included in the AHI Travel Assurance package. More detailed information regarding travel insurance will be sent to you once you've booked your trip.

What does the AHI Travel Assurance package include?

The AHI Travel Assurance package includes these important features: Accident and Sickness Medical Expense, covering any illness (or accident), including COVID-19 | Trip Delay, including expenses incurred due to an official quarantine | Emergency Evacuation and Repatriation, covering emergency transportation to the nearest adequate medical facility. The AHI Travel Assurance package is available for U.S. residents only.

What additional optional travel insurance coverage should I consider purchasing?

We urge you to purchase optional travel insurance that covers a variety of important, travel-related contingencies not included in the AHI Travel Assurance package such as: Trip Cancellation | Trip Interruption | Accidental Death or Dismemberment | Baggage and Personal Effects | Baggage Delay.

What are the requirements for return travel to the U.S.?

Great News! Effective 6-12-22, the U.S. State Department and Centers for Disease Control announced that travelers entering the United States by air are no longer required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/international-travel-during-covid19.html
